As I recall, Andy started with a blanket policy to cover any accidents that might happen at my home with a pool. Over the years I've come to rely on him completely for advice on what I need and what I don't need for all kinds of insurance. He's got a great demeanor and you can let your guard down and just talk to him."

"Lies in his response, we did call you, you said "sorry nothing I can do, would you like me transfer you to claim department?" They intertidally confuse customer by omitting "personal" from "personal property" when selling us renter insurance. Stay away, they are all liars. We looked up the reviews for this agency, and we trusted other reviews. Now, after our incidence, I read reviews again and I found that all reviewers only on their experience of buying insurances. None of them actually experienced the time they need their insurance. I highly suggest them to review their policies to make sure covers what are needed to be covered. I believe those reviewers will change their reviews after they files claim found out that their policies do not cover what they have been requested for. Therefore, please read, because I am reviewing them AFTER we need to file claim under our renter insurance. We got renter insurance from them, because we want to be protected when our rental property is inhabitable (e.g. fire, flood, water damage), it can covers our alternative living expenses (e.g. hotel&meals). After hearing our needs, one of their agents sell us their renter insurance and said that "alternative living expenses" will cover under lost of use. For buying process, I agree with other reviewers, it went smoothly. Because I was new to renter insurance, I had my landlord to take a look at the renter insurance policy to see if alternative living expenses is covered. My landlord said my renter insurance only stated covering personal property and lost of use. I asked my landlord to help me and we made a call with that agent. The agent ensured that when rental property has fire or water damage, "lost of use" will cover alternative living expenses. 3 months later, there was a lot of water leaked from the ceiling, all drywalls and floor were damaged. We immediately called the agent to help us to file claim. The agent told us that we should not call State Farm, we need to call our landlord and report it to landlord's property insurance, with will cover renters' alternative living expenses. We were so angry, because we and landlord already talked to landlord property insurance and they explained it only covers alternative living expenses of policy holder, not renters. If renter want to be covered with alternative living expenses, renter needs to buy renter insurance. We ask the agent, if my landlord buy property insurance for rental property from State Farm, will State Farm covers renters' alternative living expenses? She said no. she said you will need a renter insurance. We were like !@#$%.... At the beginning of our conversation, did we not told you that? We asked why she told us to contact landlord's insurance when not even State Farm's landlord property insurance covers renters' alternative living expenses. She now changed subject said let's not discuss that, do you want me to file the claim? Then she said oops, your renter insurance may not cover renters' alternative living expenses when rental property is damage. She said it only covers when PERSONAL property is damaged, then our renter insurance will cover renters' alternative living expenses. For God's sake, that was NOT what she told us when we got the renter insurance, and called her second time with my landlord. Now she said only when PERSONAL property damaged like cloth and computer got damaged will be cover by our renter insurance. We asked to speak Andy, he is worse. All we got are "My agent is professional, she did nothing wrong!" "I don't have time," "I can only help you to file claim and transfer you." Repair take 45 days,$100/night at hotel. At this point, there is nothing he can do, we just want to them admitted their mistake and hope they learned from their mistake, provide better service to future customers. I guess that is just too much to ask. I do not see any professional from them lied, mix "personal property" & "property", and told us landlord's insurance covers renters' alternative living expanses. Last words, stay away from them"
